Sandra's concept art appearance differs slightly from her appearance in game. Artwork from the official guidebook depicts her with shoulder-length ginger hair, a light teal polo sweater, navy blue dress pants, and black high-heels. In game, she wears a lavender shirt with red pants, and has shorter hair. The pocketbook she sports in the guidebook is not present in game. It is likely she was slightly redesigned for the final product, but her original artwork was left the same.
Fate
If the player decides to give the statue to Sullivan in the Prologue and later on has Helen go to the library, enacting Scenario 2; after Scissorman attacks, Sandra will be found with her head impaled into a bookcase. If examined, the bookcase will fall over revealing Scissorman behind it, implying that she was killed by him.
If the player decides to give the statue to Rick in the Prologue and, later on, has either Stan Gotts (Helen's Scenario) or Nolan Campbell (Jennifer's Scenario) go to Rick's house, enacting Scenario 2, Sandra will thus be uninvolved with the case and it is probable that she survives.
Trivia
While her name is not mentioned in the dialogue, an image of the character can be found in the artbook menu and the guidebooks, with the name "Sandra" beside it.
