The Mansion Key is a key in Clock Tower.

In Jennifer's Scenario, it is found in a basement room under a secret floor panel. Beth either gives it to Jennifer while hiding behind a shelf, or it falls out of a barrel with Beth's blood.

In Helen's Scenario, it is found on a counter.[1]

It does not appear in the inventory.

It unlocks a fence.[2]
